does anyone know if mark does his own singing in ROCK STAR?? lol, i'm remembering his deliberately bad singing in BOOGIE
NIGHTS ... just wondering if the voice in the previews is actually his.

Mark did do his own singing, with some supplemental vocals from metal singers to help with some notes he couldn't quite hit. Check my post on clips, where you can hear Mark talk about it.
By the way one of our members (Karen) e-mailed me and notified me the songs on the soundtrack do not feature Mark. So his vocals may be limited only on the film itself.

oh well ... sucks for all the funky bunch fans out there ... must be one of those deals where the soundtrack features a lot of the background songs while minimal material from the fictional band.

| Mark sang about 40% of the songs off of Rock Star and he's got an amazing voice. |
