Actually Mark changed agencies nearly 2 years ago. You should try these addresses instead. I haven't heard if anyone's ever gotten a response from these addys, but you can try. Most agencies will give you a lithograph (stock photo with a stamped autograph), but no promises as Endevor is kinda new.
