Fantastic that you've finally seen MAX PAYNE Raee & glad you loved it. I thought it was way better than I had anticipated. Visually unbelievable & very film noirish. I think it's one of Mark's best roles, but if you haven't seen BOOGIE NIGHTS you should because it's possibly the best role so far even tho he was much younger & it made him famous. I loved INVINCIBLE! The movie wasn't as well received as it should have been and I keep saying, "what's wrong with those damn critics!" But it's making money in North America and internationally.
As for the new Bond movie. I do like Daniel Craig and he was very good in CASINO ROYALE his first foray into Bond land, but this movie is not that good. Entertaining with Judi Dench being the best person in it I think. I absolutely hated the action scenes camera work. I so sick of movies using cameras that shake & move around all the time. You just couldn't fathom out what was going on ... horrible. And the worst soundtrack and no Bondisms!!! Let's hope the next one is much better. But I'm afraid to say that there still is only one Bond and that's the original Sean Connery.
I can't wait for the MAX PAYNE two-CD set to come out.
HAPPY THANKSGIVING and HAPPY HANNUKAH!

YEAH I'm so glad!
CAN'T WAIT FOR YOUR feedback Sabrina!
I have Boogie Nights on DVD - have not yet seen it - I'll see it at/after Christmas due to the fact I'm giving it to myself as a gift . Can't wait! I also have Invincible which I've already seen - that was really really good too .
I deffinately agree about the "one" bond thing although I saw more of Pierce (I grew up with him so), but I did see a Sean Connery one (maybe two), one Timothy Dalton and one Roger Moore. My favourite "Bond" for some reason is the actor who only did one film of it = Timothy Dalton. Next after him would be Sean or Pierce. _________________

I thought the ending was really great! - but very very sad.. And yet there was this slight bit of "relief" - happiness to it aswell... I wanted to shout out to him "You did it Max! You did it" you know.. _________________

Hey you know guys, Max Payne is getting dissed about as much as 'The Happening' did...
.. There's clearly something wrong with people today. They go to the cinema to find bad things to say about them, rather than watching a movie for enjoyment?. _________________

finally I saw it yesterday. we left home early in case we didn't drive right it's been a while that we've been to that cinema
the movie was really great. I went with my mom and she said about it that it didn't matter if the movie was even an hour longer, so she really liked it too. altough I saw and read all these things about it I never expected it to be this way. I really stayed in the movie and Marks acting was great too. Can't wait to see it again and the hallway to the exit even fitted with the movie _________________
